Tammy L. Endlish was employed by the Ohio EPA, Division of Air Pollution Control-Northwest District Office from 1991 - 2003.  Endlish’s duties included permit application review, permit writing, facility compliance auditing (including emission calculation and rule applicability determination) and providing technical assistance to facilities in Northwest Ohio.

Endlish founded Endlish Environmental in September 2003 and primarily serves Ohio industry and "sister plants" in other states.  In July 2009, Endlish Environmental became Endlish Environmental & Energy LLC!

SERVICES

Endlish Environmental & Energy LLC provides first-rate technical and regulatory compliance assistance for industries which are subject to regulation by the state and federal branches of the Environmental Protection Agency.

MULTIMEDIA FACILITY AUDIT

The purpose of the Multimedia Facility Audit is to ascertain the DAPC (Air), DHWM (Hazardous Waste), DSIWM (Solid Waste), and DSW (Surface Water) permitting and operating requirements for the client, to evaluate the client’s current compliance status, and to make recommendations to achieve or maximize compliance.

Included with the Audit is the Environmental Compliance Assessment Report, which is used by the client as a guide to carry out the facility’s environmental compliance program.  The report also contains an air contaminant potential to emit analysis.  If an Ohio EPA file review is needed, it will be added as well.

Due to the release of Ohio EPA’s eBusiness Center: Air Services on June 30, 2008, the Audit will also include a review of the client’s Air Services data, as applicable.
